Batmemes Version 1.1

This program is a Windows 3.1 application. It requires VBRUN300.DLL which,
if not already on your system, can be found at most BBSes or FTP sites. 

To Install this program:

1. Unzip the files into a temporary directory or diskette.
2. From Windows File Manager: Run the SETUP.EXE program that was just 
   unzipped.
3. SETUP will prompt you for which directory to install Batmemes. 
   Its default is C:\BATMEMES.
4. After step 3, you can delete the files in the temporary directory or 
   diskette.

BatMemes should now appear as an Program Group and Icon in Program Manager.
